How to remake a video you like with your own product

You can brief Kario with a video instead of a description. Send a video you like, or a link to one, and Kario studies it as stills across the whole clip, looking closer at any moment it needs. It takes the structure, the pacing and the transitions, and builds them around your product. It doesn't reuse the reference's footage or words.

The video above is one of Kario's presets: Framer's "All Design, No Code" launch, rebuilt in Kario with every scene on layers. A landing page builds itself line by line, the canvas and layers panel show it being edited, a wall of templates scrolls past, and it ends on a Publish click.

What Kario takes from a reference

• The order of the shots and the job each one does: the hook, the product moment, the proof, the end card.
• The timing: how long each shot holds and where the cuts land on the music.
• The moves: where the camera pushes, how text arrives, and how one shot hands off to the next.

What it replaces

• The words, with yours.
• The product, with your screens, rebuilt as layers.
• The colours, type and logo, with your brand's.
• The footage, music and voice. Kario doesn't reuse them. Music comes from its royalty-free library.

Swap what the product does, not just its name

A reference shows its own product doing its own things: a template wall, a publish toggle, a special button. A remake that only swaps the logo still shows those things. For each shot, say what your product does in its place, or let Kario choose from your site. If the reference scrolls past a wall of templates, yours scrolls past whatever your product has a wall of.

What to send

• The video file, or its link.
• Your website, or screenshots of your product.
• What has to stay exactly as it is ("keep the timing, change everything else") and what can change.
• The shapes you need. If the reference is 9:16 and you also need 16:9, ask: each shape comes as a board in the same project.
